Held from 14–16 February 2024, this interdisciplinary workshop was organised to promote awareness, capacity building, and collaborative research on sustainability through the lens of the humanities. The three-day event featured knowledge sessions, panel discussions, participatory appraisals, field visits, and individual report presentations. Bringing together international and national experts across disciplines including environmental sciences, humanities, policy studies, and media the workshop highlighted the importance of cross-sectoral engagement in addressing sustainability challenges.
