Held in hybrid mode on 9–10 January 2025, the Workshop on Financial Econometrics and Panel Data Analysis was jointly organised by the Centre and the School of Humanities and Social Sciences. The sessions covered financial calculus, risk management, welfare economics, and quantitative methods. The workshop offered hands-on training in econometric modelling, drawing participation from researchers and doctoral students. Blending theory, case studies, and applied exercises, it provided practical insights into financial and development economics through advanced econometric tools.
